Personalized products are made using the information and photographs you provide, your selected specifications and the confirmed order.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is correct.

Payment

We begin fulfilling an order only after successful payment. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Cancellation

Cancellation may be possible if production has not begun. Once production has begun or the product has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

5. Photographs and personalized content

By uploading a photograph or other image, you confirm that you have the right to use the content and provide it to us for the creation of a personalized product.

You must not upload content that:

Infringes copyright or the rights of others

Is unlawful, offensive or discriminatory

Violates privacy or data protection requirements

Could harm the website, services or users

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the submitted content violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Personalized design preview

Before placing an order, the buyer may see a generated design or product preview showing approximately how the final personalized product will look.

By adding the product to the cart and completing payment, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed the preview and agree to proceed with the order using the selected specifications.

The final physical product may differ slightly from the digital preview due to screen settings, color reproduction, materials, the production process or other technical reasons.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery

Orders are delivered in accordance with our delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates and may depend on order preparation, carrier operations and other circumstances.

Returns

Personalized products are generally non-returnable unless the product is defective or the error was our fault.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us and provide the order number and photographs.

8. Intellectual property and third-party services

Intellectual property

The website’s text, design, logos, photographs, graphic elements and software code belong to SukurkMena or their lawful owners.

Third-party services

The website may use third-party services, including Stripe, delivery services and, where applicable, analytics tools.

You may not copy, distribute, modify or use the website’s content for commercial purposes without our written consent. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

9. Liability, warranties and breaches

We aim to provide uninterrupted operation, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without disruption or errors.

Colors, the on-screen image and the final product may differ slightly for technical or production reasons.
